September 2nd
1:00 pm – 4:45 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
The Bearcats Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be staffed in the lobby of the Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas. Please plan to stop by to pick up your tour materials and credentials.
5:00 pm – 6:15 pm | BEARCATS FAN TRAVEL WELCOME RECEPTION
Join us for a welcome reception with light appetizers and drinks to mingle with fellow travelers in the Embassy Suites restaurant area.
6:30 pm | FAYETTEVILLE SHUTTLE DEPARTURE
| Motor coach departure for optional shuttle to downtown Fayetteville. The motor coach will drop near Dickson Street near several bar and restaurant options. Motor coaches will depart Fayetteville from the drop location at approximately 9:30 pm. |
September 3rd – Game Day!
7:00 am – 10:00 am | GAME DAY BREAKFAST
Served in the Atrium of the Embassy Suites.
10:45 am | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Please meet in the lobby by 10:30 am.
11:30 am – 2:00 pm | UC ALUMNI ASSOCIATION PREGAME EVENT
Adjacent to Bud Walton Arena
Please Note: This event was NOT included in all tour packages. Registration for pregame events was done separately through the UC Alumni Association. For those that registered or purchased UC Alumni Association Pregame Events, additional information regarding admission will be sent by the alumni association this week.
2:30 pm | KICKOFF
Cincinnati Bearcats vs. Arkansas Razorbacks
45 Minutes Post-Game | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Motor coach will depart for Embassy Suites. Bus will be located on Nolan Richardson Dr. adjacent to Bud Walton Arena. If you feel lost or can’t find the buses, please contact your on-site staff.
If you would like to take a shuttle to the stadium, it will depart from Lot 56D, adjacent to our motor coach parking and Bud Walton Area. Please get off the shuttle at stadium Gate 16. If you would like to take a shuttle back to the bus parking area post-game, please get on the shuttle at stadium Gate 16 again to return to Lot 56D.
