Stop by Gaylord Ballrooms 1-3 to grab a snack, connect with fellow Bearcats, and pick up a commemorative Cotton Bowl credential. 

Join us for a welcome reception with hors d’oeuvres and drinks to mingle with fellow travelers on the 3rd floor of the Convention Center Pre-Function area. When you cross the Convention Center Bridge, Bearcats Fan Travel Hospitality Staff will guide you with signs to the Welcome Event on the 3^rd Floor of the Convention Center Pre-Function Area.

Breakfast vouchers will be provided at check-in to use at any hotel dining options.

Motor coaches depart for AT&T Stadium. Please meet in the Tour Lobby Area by 10:30 am.

Please Note: This event was NOT included in all tour packages. Registration for pregame events was done separately through the UC Alumni Association. For those that registered or purchased UC Alumni Association Pregame Events, additional information regarding admission will be sent by the alumni association this week.

No later than 45 minutes after the conclusion of the game, motor coaches will depart for your hotel. Exit near Gate J and look for the Official Bearcats Fan Travel Tour signs on the way to Lot 15. A game day itinerary will be available at the Hospitality Desk. If you feel lost or can’t find the buses, please contact your on-site staff.
