December 30th
2:00 pm – 6:00 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
The Bearcats Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be staffed on the Second Level of The Westin Galleria Dallas, outside of Privé. Please plan to stop by to pick up your tour materials and credentials.
6:00 pm – 7:30 pm | BEARCATS FAN TRAVEL WELCOME RECEPTION
Join us for a welcome reception with hors d’oeuvres and drinks to mingle with fellow travelers in Privé.
December 31st – Game Day!
8:30 am – 10:00 am | GAME DAY BREAKFAST
Located in Privé.
10:45 am | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Please meet at the Hospitality Desk by 10:30 am.
12:00 pm – 2:00 pm | UC ALUMNI ASSOCIATION PREGAME EVENTS
Registration for pregame events was done separately through the UC Alumni Association. For those that registered or purchased UC Alumni Association Pregame Events, additional information regarding admission will be sent by the alumni association this week.

45 Minutes Post-Game | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
No later than 45 minutes after the conclusion of the game, motor coaches will depart for your hotel. Exit near Gate J and look for the Official Bearcats Fan Travel Tour signs on the way to Lot 15. A game day itinerary will be available at the Hospitality Desk. If you feel lost or can’t find the buses, please contact your on-site staff.

Breakfast will be available in the Second Floor Kitchen. Each person is credited $29 inclusive for breakfast. Any additional amount must be covered on your own. Please wear your name badge so you can be identified with the tour.
